½Cup WaterThe wetter, the better
¼CupApple Cider Vinegar
¼CupWhite Vinegar
½Cup Maple Syrup
2TBSPWorcestershire Sauce
1TBSPChili Powder
1TBSPCumin
1½tspKosher Salt
1½tspCoarse Ground Black PepperUse coarse ground. You want to see the little bits of pepper floating around in the sauce. None of that fine ground garbage.
1eachLemon, juiced
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a medium sauce pan and whisk to combine.
Heat over medium and allow to gently simmer for about 5 minutes. Just long enough to heat it though and allow the flavors to combine from all of the spices and other ingredients.
