Chipotle Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 8 each Tomatillos, peeled and halved
  • 1/2 each White Onion, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 each Juice of Lime
  • 2 Cups Pineapple (about 1/4 of whole Pineapple)
  • 2 each Garlic Cloves, peeled and wood tip removed
  • 2 each Chipotle Chiles in Adobo Sauce, seeds removed
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro (about a handful)
  • 1/4 tsp Fine Sea Salt (a healthy pinch)

Method
 

  1. Literally throw it all in the blender and blend until all ingredients are thoroughly pulverized and slightly smooth. No big chunks should remain.
