Tomatillos, peeled and halved

White Onion, roughly chopped

Juice of Lime

Pineapple (about 1/4 of whole Pineapple)

Garlic Cloves, peeled and wood tip removed

Chipotle Chiles in Adobo Sauce, seeds removed

Fresh Cilantro (about a handful)

Fine Sea Salt (a healthy pinch)
Instructions
Literally throw it all in the blender and blend until all ingredients are thoroughly pulverized and slightly smooth. No big chunks should remain.
