Chipotle Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 8 each Tomatillos, peeled and halved
  • 1/2 each White Onion, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 each Juice of Lime
  • 2 Cups Pineapple (about 1/4 of whole Pineapple)
  • 2 each Garlic Cloves, peeled and wood tip removed
  • 2 each Chipotle Chiles in Adobo Sauce, seeds removed
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro (about a handful)
  • 1/4 tsp Fine Sea Salt (a healthy pinch)

Instructions
 

  • Literally throw it all in the blender and blend until all ingredients are thoroughly pulverized and slightly smooth. No big chunks should remain.
