Red Chile Vinegar Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 Cups Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 1/4 Tsp Fine Sea Salt
  • 1 Each Lemon, sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Date Syrup (or Dark Honey)

Instructions
 

  • Combine cider vinegar, red pepper flakes, sea salt, and date syrup in a bowl and whisk to combine.
  • Add sliced lemon into a jar and pour vinegar mix over them.
  • Allow to sit at room temperature for a day before using
  • Store in refrigerator for up to a month.
