Smoky, spicy, and sweet. This Salsa is a great addition to your condiment game! Pour it on some Al Pastor tacos, or just dunk some tortilla chips in it.
Chipotle Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients
- 8 each Tomatillos, peeled and halved
- 1/2 each White Onion, roughly chopped
- 1/4 each Juice of Lime
- 2 Cups Pineapple (about 1/4 of whole Pineapple)
- 2 each Garlic Cloves, peeled and wood tip removed
- 2 each Chipotle Chiles in Adobo Sauce, seeds removed
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro (about a handful)
- 1/4 tsp Fine Sea Salt (a healthy pinch)
Instructions
- Literally throw it all in the blender and blend until all ingredients are thoroughly pulverized and slightly smooth. No big chunks should remain.
